Nude and Olive Green Tulle Dress

Let’s see a show of hands if you have a dress that was bought for a specific occasion and since you wore it on that special day it has been hidden in the dark abyss also known as back of the wardrobe/closet.

This dress will flatter most body types, especially create the illusion of curves or hiding problematic areas such as thighs etc

I mentioned in last week’s post (click here to read it) I meticulously plan my birthday to a tee with what to wear being of the optimum importance. My green and olive tulle dress was one of the 2 outfits  I bought for my 24th birthday celebration to afternoon tea.   Unfortunately, ever since that very special day, it has simply been confined to the dark place that is the back of my wardrobe.

Green studded blazer to add an edge to this very feminine look

1st look was an outfit  that would be ideal to be worn to a wedding reception, afternoon tea at Buckingham Palace 🙂 or simply to dance around in the house and feel fabulous. I paired this dress with a pair of barely there rose gold sandals from Missguided. Click here to shop similar style.

Look 2

The second look was a sightly playful look, I  swapped my heels for a pair of practical scuffed Converse…why? just because I can 🙂 and twirled like a fairy.

Because I am not a one trick pony because I like to think out of the box ◼️ because I stand for individuality... I do what I do simply, because I can #converse #sundayvibe

Remember to dust off that Leave a comment and let me know which you prefer ..Until next time xoxo

Fashion for me must always contain a mix of individualism, character and an element of fun... My blog is the platform at which I can engage in two of my favorite things I.e. writing and fashion

It’s time to take that dress from the dim depths of your wardrobe into the light where it belongs! I can see why it makes you want to twirl round and round, you look great in it!
